Your One-Stop Handyman

I have experience in just about everything, exterior and interior, from home repairs to landscaping services. Whether you have one project or many, I can help!

Damage Repair

Gutters, doors, windows, leaky roofs, water damage, drywall, trim, out-of-control gardens, and everything else.

Sometimes the first step is clearing away 20 years of stuff in your home or garage. I’ve done plenty of this.

Time to update appliances, sinks, doors, or floors? Need a dump run to go with that? I’m your man.

You choose the colors and I’ll take it from there, including moving the furniture to another room (and back).

I learned landscaping from my Dad, a career landscaper. I can help you with anything from mowing to hardscape.

I know my way around a hammer and saw and can help you with all kinds of interior and exterior wood projects.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your service area?

The hub of my service is in the Auburn/Kent area, which puts me at the freeway hub of King County. So, if you live in Algona, Auburn, Bellevue, Black Diamond, Covington, Des Moines, East Renton Highlands, Federal Way, Issaquah, Kent, Kirkland, Maple Valley, Newcastle, Normandy Park, Pacific, Redmond, Renton, Seatac, Seattle, or Tukwila, you’re in my service area.

What are your rates?

It depends entirely on the job. I calculate my rates based on the amount of time, skill level, and equipment or supplies required. I’m happy to give you a quote before starting the work. I take pride in doing good work and finishing the job, so I’m not the cheapest, but I’m also not the most expensive. If you have a budget for your project, let me know, and I’ll tell you how much of it I can do. Generally, I charge a two-hour minimum even if the job takes a bit less time.

How much lead time do you need?

That depends on the season. In good weather, my schedule can book up as much as two weeks in advance. In colder seasons, my schedule is much more flexible. But please, call or text me to ask because sometimes, a client will cancel at the last minute and I could suddenly have an opening.

Do you have your own tools and equipment?

Yes, I have a full set of tools in my shop and I load my truck with what I’ll need for your project. If you have work that requires non-standard tools (scaffolding, for example), you can arrange to rent it at a big box store and I can pick it up for you there.

Inside your home, I wear a mask and gloves and maintain six-foot distances from the occupants. When doing exterior work, I wear a mask when others are around. My family and I are vaccinated. If you or a member of your family are ill, please reschedule your appointment to another time.

What if I have more questions?

You’re welcome to contact me by phone, text, or email. If I don’t respond immediately, it’s probably because I’m on a job with another customer, so please be patient. I will return your message as soon as I can.

Have More Questions?

“As a senior citizen, I can’t always do everything myself anymore. David has helped me put furniture together, paint, get the yard and garden back in shape after some neglect, clear out 30 years of clutter, and so much more. He’s fantastic.” Peg

“We needed help with a deck project that was too much for the two of us to tackle alone. It took a week to complete, and without David’s help, it would have taken us a year. We’re very pleased with the final result.” Sue & Leroy

“David cleared up some damage on our property after a storm, including climbing on the roof to remove debris and inspect for damage. He cut and removed branches, raked wet leaves, and hauled it all away to the dump in just a few hours. The difference was night and day.” Kenneth
